Jennifer Griffith has dedicated her life to fostering a comfortable, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where people find their worth, make peace with and value their circumstances. Jennifer identifies possibilities when others see barriers. She strategically stands alongside clients on achieving their full potential and understands everyone moves at their own pace. Jennifer earned a B.A. in Psychology from The College of the Holy Cross with two minors in cultural and religious studies. Knowing that she wanted to be a therapist since third grade, she then pursued a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC), focusing on Organizational Behavior Management and Veteran Affairs.
Jennifer specializes in neurodivergent and trauma-informed care. She uses a variety of tools to help clients process their thoughts, feelings, and experiences: aromatherapy, gaming (board & video), creative arts, roleplay, music, sports, movement, and meditating. Jennifer’s passion is helping her clients find their joy and self-worth. She is a seasoned therapist and an advocate who has worked with thousands of individuals and families over the past 27 years. Jennifer is well-versed in navigating mental health and special education resources-IEP/504 plans, Regional Centers, Psychological Testing, etc. She is currently accepting new clients.
