Teletherapy program
Teletherapy through audio and video has long been recognized as a valuable and clinically sound method for therapy and counseling when traditional face to face sessions are not possible. Being able to see and hear each other in a therapeutic session allows a real sense of connection and trust to develop while giving therapists the facial and body cues they need to really assess and help each person.
In the midst of this outbreak, teletherapy is fully coming into its own, and we are here to connect and help at a time when we can’t leave our homes, and not leaving our homes is becoming a big part of the problem.
Being sheltered in place during this crisis can put immense pressure on all our closest relationships. Living in close quarters with financial, health, job loss, and other issues looming while parenting and schooling children at home, exposes any cracks in our relationships that were previously unaddressed.
We are still in the early stages of our lockdown, and if you’re beginning to feel the effects of this pressure on the most important people in your life, now is the time to talk to someone who really cares and can help you find a way through.
How it works
Call us at 888.690.0090 or send us your name and email address from this page for a free assessment and to schedule your first session. The assessing counselor will listen to your story and determine the type of help you need and the best licensed therapist or counselor to help you.
Fees and Payment
We can accept most health insurance, and if your insurance has teletherapy benefits, the assessing counselor will take your information and check your benefits. If insurance benefits are not available, we are offering your first session at 50% discount and can apply a sliding scale to meet financial need. The assessing counselor will work with you to set fees that work for you.
First Session
The assessing counselor will schedule your first appointment and give you all login instructions for your teletherapy.
